Don’t worry, there’s plenty of room and it’s bigger than you think.
Our Easy Plunge ice bath is suitable for those up to 6’7” with a large 320L capacity.
The ice bath is designed for full body immersion up to the shoulders.

We recommend using a minimum of 4-5 bags of ice to get the water down to a reasonable cold temperature.
If you have multiple people using the ice bath or want to get it extra cold, we recommend having 8-12 ice bags ready to go. You can also use our floating thermometer to take the guess work out of your ice bath temperature, simply add it to your order.

While the Easy plunge is super easy to setup and pack down, it is very important not to attempt to move the ice bath when it has water in it, this will tear and damage the tub.

For sure, the Easy plunge is both indoor and outdoor suitable.
Please be mindful that direct exposure to the sun for long periods of time will reduce the life of the product and also cause your ice to melt faster, we don’t want that!

The Easy Plunge has a superior 5 layer insulation technology with a pearl cotton inner material to help protect against tear, and to keep your water cold longer. Most other inflatable ice baths use single layer, 2mm thick material, whereas our 10mm thick walls will keep the water cold for your ice bath sessions.
Pro tip: set your ice bath up in the shade and use the protective inflatable lid and cover included to keep your ice bath water cold.

Yes! Unlike many other portable ice baths, we include an inflatable lid and ice bath cover as standard inclusions with your ice bath purchase, not as an extra add-on.

It's super easy and takes less than 5 minutes to set up the Easy Plunge ice bath!
Simply lay out the ice bath bath, insert the support poles, inflate the ice bath rim and inflatable lid, place on a stable flat surface and fill 3/4 with water before adding ice.

Research indicates to enhance recovery you should aim to accumulate 11 min per week of cold exposure in the ice bath.
We recommend breaking this up over 3-4 ice bath sessions per week with 2-3 minute ice bath sessions each day.
Start with 12-15 degrees celsius and work your way colder as you adapt to the temperature.

The Easy Plunge ice bath is quick and very easy to clean. You can drain away the water and wipe down the surfaces with a cloth before refilling with fresh, clean water.
We recommend to empty and refill the water once a fortnight or sooner, but this depends on if you are showering before using the ice bath as well as how often you’re using it.
