Ritual Recovery 30-Day Returns Policy

At Ritual Recovery, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • This returns policy applies only to orders delivered to Australian addresses.

  • International orders are not covered under this policy.

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and were provided at a discounted rate.

  • Return shipping costs may incur a higher fee and are not covered by Ritual Recovery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Filters are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@myritual.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorisation: Customers must obtain a Return Authorisation Number before sending items back. Returns without authorisation are not covered under this policy.

  3. Correct Return Address: Once authorised, the correct return address will be provided. Ritual Recovery is not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.

  4. Inspection & Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting the return, please allow 15-21 business days for the return to be processed.

  5. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is processed, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Returns for damaged or defective items are covered under our Warranty Terms.

  • Customers must first contact support for troubleshooting and repair options.

  • Refunds will be refused for clear misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modifications, or warranty services not approved by Ritual Recovery staff.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • It is recommended to insure return shipments, especially for larger items.

Modifications to the Policy

Ritual Recovery reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to customers. It is recommended to review this policy periodically for updates.

Consumer Rights

This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
